Pricing FAQs
What counts as a user?+
A FastTrack user is a person with their own individual FastTrack login account—typically the records staff who work directly in the system, not your organization's total employee count. Most firms need far fewer FastTrack users than total headcount.
Can we change plans as our organization grows?+
Yes. You can move up to a higher plan at any time as your FastTrack user count or records volume grows. Schedule a demo or contact us and we'll help you find the right plan for your organization's current and near-term needs.
Is monthly billing available?+
Yes. Annual billing (paid yearly, shown as a per-month rate) offers the best rate on every plan. If you prefer to pay monthly, that's available too at a modestly higher monthly rate. Enterprise pricing is quoted directly and is not affected by the monthly/annual choice.
Are onboarding and data migration included?+
Standard configuration, onboarding, and a structured Excel import are included with every plan. Complex legacy migrations, extensive data cleanup, custom integrations, and additional training beyond standard onboarding are quoted separately based on scope—we'll discuss your specific migration needs during a demo.
Are barcode scanners and label printers included?+
No. FastTrack software includes full barcode tracking functionality, but barcode scanners, label printers, and other physical supplies are not included and are sourced separately.
Do all plans include retention management and legal holds?+
Yes. Retention and disposition management, legal holds, and every other core compliance capability are included with every plan, from Solo & Small Firm through Enterprise. Plans differ by organization size, FastTrack user count, and service requirements—not by which compliance features you get.
What requires Enterprise pricing?+
Enterprise pricing applies to organizations that need more FastTrack users than the Business plan's limit, or that have complex migrations, custom integrations, substantial record inventories, or other specialized requirements beyond standard configuration.
